The project team at The Smith in London has successfully completed the ground floor slab, laying a solid foundation for the next phases of development. This milestone coincided with the retirement of @Stuart Bodman, Head of Development at @Old Park Lane Management (OPLM), our valued customer and partner on the project. To honour both the completion of the ground floor slab and Stuart’s retirement, the Skanska and OPLM teams held a special ceremony to bury a time capsule within the freshly poured concrete. We look forward to developing our relationship with @Edward Thomson, who has stepped into the role of Head of Development at OPLM.
