Leaving a lasting legacy

Our vision is to leave a positive and sustainable legacy through the social activities we deliver, contributing to the long-term wellbeing of individuals, communities and society more widely.

We are achieving this by being a catalyst for local economic growth. This includes through training, employment and skills development for people working on the project – either directly or through our many small and medium sized business supply chain partners.

We’ve created jobs for those from disadvantaged backgrounds and career pathways for people into construction through our training programme.

Our investment programmes target activities that deliver long-term sustainable benefits for local projects and community organisations, including through our time, knowledge and expertise.
